Warranty Policy

Coverage: Osmio Water systems come with a 2-Year Limited Manufacturer Warranty covering defect-related hardware failure under normal domestic/commercial usage.
Exclusions: Consumable parts (such as pre-filters and RO membranes requiring regular replacement) are excluded from standard coverage unless defective upon arrival. Damages caused by improper installation, unauthorized modifications, water pressure spikes, or neglect are not covered.
Filing a Claim: Contact info@osmiowater.com.ph with proof of purchase, serial number, and photos/videos of the issue.
